Itinerary
- Day 1
Malaga
After landing at Malaga airport, you'll pick up your rental car and have the rest of the afternoon and evening to explore on your own schedule. Take a walk through Malaga's centre if you're interested, or check out some of the local museums and restaurants. If you want to hit the beach, Torremolinos is just 20km away and has a long sandy stretch with good seafood spots along the coast.

- Day 2
Malaga to Granada
Have breakfast at your hotel, then drive to Granada, which takes about 2 hours covering 150km. Once there, you can spend the day exploring at your own pace, focusing on the Alhambra palace sitting on Sabika hill. Walk through the ornate rooms and peaceful courtyards with fountains, then check out the Generalife Palace and its gardens. Later, wander into the Albaicin quarter with its narrow cobblestone streets and whitewashed buildings that offer views back to the Alhambra.

- Day 3
Granada to Cordoba
After breakfast in Granada, head to Cordoba, which is a 2.5 hour drive covering about 205km. Start with the Great Mosque, now a Catholic cathedral, where you can see hundreds of marble columns and the distinctive two-tone arches. Walk through the Patio of the Orange Trees, which has about 100 shade trees and feels really peaceful. Then explore the historic Jewish Quarter and visit the 14th-century synagogue there.

Cordoba to Seville
Drive to Seville, taking about 2 hours to cover 160km. After checking in, take a morning walk around and see the Royal Alcazar palace with its Moorish and baroque architecture, intricate tilework, and nice gardens. Head over to the Cathedral next to see the Giralda belfry, which is Seville's most recognizable landmark. Finish by walking through the Santa Cruz neighbourhood with its whitewashed streets and historic alleyways, then find a typical tapas restaurant and grab lunch on your own.

Seville to Malaga
Start the drive back to Malaga, which takes about 3 hours and covers roughly 275km. On the way, consider stopping in Jerez de la Frontera to see what the town's known for, particularly its wine production, flamenco culture, and Carthusian horses. After exploring there, continue to the Malaga area and check into your hotel for the last night of your trip.

Malaga
