Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
Your representative will meet you at Cairo Airport to start the day. You'll head out to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, then move on to the Valley Temple where priests carried out mummification rituals. From there, you'll get up close to the Sphinx before traveling to Saqqara to check out the Step Pyramid that King Zoser had built as a major turning point in pyramid construction. Later in the afternoon, you'll drive to Memphis City, Egypt's ancient capital, to see the massive statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx. After you've finished touring, your transfer back to Cairo Airport takes care of your departure.
