Itinerary
- Day 1
Tbilisi
You'll start in Tbilisi's old town, walking through the narrow streets to see historic churches scattered throughout the area. After that, you'll take a cable car up to Narikala Fortress for views over the city. Later in the day, head down to the Sulphur baths in Abanotubani for a soak, then check out the Dry Bridge antique fair where locals sell vintage items and collectibles. From there, you'll drive out to Mzkheta to visit ancient churches and spend time at a local winery doing a tasting before heading back to your hotel by evening.

Tbilisi to Kutaisi
After breakfast, you'll drive from Tbilisi toward Kutaisi, stopping first at Uplistsikhe to walk through this cave town carved into the rock face. Next, you'll visit Gori to see Stalin's birthplace and museum, then browse the ceramic market and learn how traditional Qvevri wine-making works at a local winery. Later that afternoon you'll reach Kutaisi and take part in a ceramic workshop before checking in at your hotel for the night.

Kutaisi to Borjomi
Start early with a visit to Bagrati Temple, then walk through Kutaisi's old town and check out the Photo Museum. During the late morning, you'll head to Gelati and Motsameta monasteries to see the architecture and grounds. After lunch, take a scenic boat trip through Martvili Canyon, which involves paddling through narrow canyon walls. From there, drive to Borjomi and take a short walk in the Central Park, stopping to taste the famous mineral water springs before settling into your hotel.

Borjomi to Tbilisi
Drive to Kaspi village in the morning and participate in a workshop where you'll make small decorative items at Tsnuli social enterprise. Later, continue to Tserovani village for an enamel workshop, and you'll also taste wine and Chacha at a local winery. After that, drive back toward Tbilisi and visit the ESKI Social Concept Store, a shop featuring local products and crafts, before checking into your hotel.

Tbilisi to Kvareli
Head out to Nukriani Workshops in the morning for wool master-classes, where you'll also learn to make Georgian bread, Nazuqi pastries, and Churchkhela (the walnut candy). Then drive to Signagi, a fortified city, and visit the Bodbe convent which has views over the Alazani Valley. You'll tour a peasant winery in the area, then continue to a tunnel winery at Khareba for a traditional Kakhetian wine tasting before checking in at your hotel.

Kvareli to Tbilisi
Visit Gremi fortress in the morning, then head to Alaverdi Cathedral, one of Georgia's four Great Cathedrals and among the country's highest ancient churches. Arrive in Telavi and take a ceramic master-class, then walk through the old town and its food market. You'll participate in workshops for handmade soap and wine painting, then drive to the Tsinandali estate to visit an art gallery and taste Tsinandali wine made using European techniques. After that, return to Tbilisi where your tour ends.
