Bags were collected from our room each day and delivered each night making departure and arrival more relaxing. Hotels were good. Note that the tour can be extended as many on our tour continued on to Yosemite and San Francisco.Show more

Trip date: June 2024 - Baldwin· April 7th, 2024Christine could be better organized. Most tour guides have a place where times for coming/going are posted, NOT Christine. She could have posted times on the bus when we exited, NOT. She just met minimum requirements as far as my experience has been with all my travels. I loved the bus. Water should have been free not $1 /bottle. When 24 bottles cost $3 in the store this is just wrong. I did like and appreciate the driver but for this. Upon arrival in LA, I had not received any information at the reception; it was generally very chaotic. The tour guide made bad jokes at the expense of others, which I did not like at all, and at the end of the tour distributed envelopes with the names of him and the bus driver to each participant (for the tip). Further, he clearly communicated at the beginning that tipping was expected and how much, which I found unpleasant. I did not feel that this was optional. The bus driver was very nice.
