- Martin· July 22nd, 2024Very well organized, with a brilliant and extremely hard-working tour guide (Graciana). Saw far more than I expected. Particularly liked the times we spent in the National Parks. Not a fan of Mammoth Mountain Inn - the ski runs and cable cars are an eye sore, and massively degrading for the environment. Didn't get to spend time at our destination hotels, or use their facilities. You might consider extending the trip by perhaps 3 days for the same itinerary, giving some badly-needed down-time for guests and tour guides/drivers alike, because the trip really is full-on!Show more

passengers are NOT greeted at the airport. They need to make their own way to the hotel shuttle, which will transfer them to the airport. If you want passengers to be greeted at the airport and then transfered to the hotel, you will need to book the Golden West Adventure - Los Angeles Downtown, which includes pick-up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, the Millennium Biltmore.

Asked on January 8th, 2025We have four children that in August will be aged 7, 11, 13 and 14. Is the fare of the trip the same for all the members in thr family, i.e. 1.261 Euros x 6? Are there any "family packages" or fares for children available?

With a total of 6 travelers, you will need to book 2 rooms as we can only accept up to 4 guests per room, regardless of age. This means you can either book 2 x Triple Rooms or 1 x Double Room and 1 x Quad Room. Different per person rates apply depending on whether you book a Double, Triple or Quad Room.

Asked on January 17th, 2024Would it be possible to see a detailed itinerary that describes which sights are actually included in the package? The reviews by prior patrons indicate most sights are not included in the package.

The itinerary posted on the website, as well as the list of inclusions provided are the most detailed information we can provide. It also lists the optional excursions which are not included, such as for instance a jeep tour of Monument Valley. Sometimes it does occur that travelers conflate admission to Monument Valley with a jeep tour, and are surprised they have to pay extra if they wish to join the excursion by jeep.

Unfortunately, the itinerary as provided on our website is as specific as we can be. We cannot provide you with a detailed list of each sight and building you may say in each city, park or attraction visited, as there are slight variations from one tour to the next due to traffic conditions, punctuality of the group, or even because of requests made by the group.

Optional excursion rates include: Los Angeles Beach Tour ($50), Grand Canyon North Canyon Helicopter Tour ($239), Grand Canyon Grand Kingdom ($349), Monument Valley All Terrain Vehicle Tour ($65), Las Vegas Night Out Tour (Adult $60, Child $45).
