- Day 1
Mansfield to Bonnie Doon
You'll meet your guide and fellow cyclists at Mansfield Visitor Information Centre at noon for a bike briefing. The route starts easy through Maindample heading to Lake Eildon bridge, which is quite impressive when you see it up close. From there you'll ride to Bonnie Doon, a lakeside town with a relaxed feel. The day wraps up with Asian Fusion dinner at Bounty Bonnie Doon, so you can refuel after your first ride.

Bonnie Doon to Alexandra
This morning you'll cycle through farming country with rock outcrops scattered across open farmlands. The route takes you up to Merton Gap, which sits as the highest point on the trail and gives you pretty good views from up there. After that it's a long gentle descent into Yarck where you'll stop for lunch. There's one more climb after lunch before you roll into the scenic town of Alexandra for the evening.

Landmarks/POIs Merton Gap Yarck - Day 3
Alexandra to Yea
After a cooked breakfast, you're cycling out of Alexandra with a couple of small climbs along the way. Those climbs pay off with great views at Eglington Gap. Then you get a long gentle descent down to Molesworth. The highlight here is passing through the historic 201-meter Cheviot Tunnel, which is the longest trail tunnel in Victoria and was built from 675,000 hand-crafted bricks back in 1889. You'll have time to walk through Yea and check out its 19th-century buildings before a group dinner at your accommodation.

Yea to Tallarook to Mansfield
After breakfast, you'll cycle next to the heritage-classified Goulburn River through the Trawool valley, a region that famous Australian artists like Tom Roberts, Arthur Streeton, and Frederick McCubbin painted throughout their careers. The views improve toward the end of the ride as you cycle into Tallarook. From there you'll transfer to Mansfield and have lunch at Delatite Winery before collecting your luggage for whatever comes next in your travels.
