Victoria Falls
You'll arrive at Victoria Falls in Zambia around 2 p.m. and head straight to see the falls where water drops 300 meters high. If you're looking for something more active, white-water rafting, helicopter flights, or boat trips are all options worth considering. You'll spend 2 nights at a lodge here.

- Day 3
Zambia to Caprivi Strip
After leaving Zambia, you'll travel through the Caprivi Strip to Caprivi Mutoya Camp. The camp has spacious tents right on the river banks with just a zipper separating you from the African wildlife sounds. Later in the evening, head out on a boat trip down the Kwando River with a local guide, then relax in the lantern-lit lounge area back at camp.

- Day 4
Mahango National Park
You'll reach Ngepi Camp and spend time by the pool before heading into Mahango National Park for your first safari. The park has elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, and various antelope species. Birdwatchers will find around 400 bird species here. At night, you'll stay in a tree house at the camp.

Okavango River Lodge
Starting with coffee and the sounds of wildlife around your tent, you'll look for fish eagles and fork-tailed rollers doing their courtship displays. Then you'll drive west to Rundu, the gateway to the Caprivi, and settle in at a lodge on the Okavango River banks for the night.

Etosha National Park
You'll spend two full days on safari in Etosha National Park exploring around the salt pan and stopping at waterholes like Olifantsbad, Gemsbokvlakte, Rietfontein, Salvadora, and Aus. Watch for the Big Four and other wildlife in their natural habitat. You'll stay 3 nights on a guest farm adjacent to the park.

Damaraland & Brandberg
You'll head to Damaraland to explore Brandberg mountain with its 43,000 rock paintings dating back over 1000 years. You can see the famous Brandberg White Lady and keep an eye out for bull elephants that sometimes wander through this arid region. You'll stay overnight at a lodge at the base of the mountain.

- Days 10 - 11
Swakopmund
You'll reach the coast and visit Cape Cross where around 250,000 seals gather (prepare for a strong smell). Then explore Swakopmund with its German heritage, cafes serving Black Forest gateau and schnitzel, and breweries. The afternoon is free to wander. Optional activities the next day include desert excursions for geckos and chameleons. You'll stay 2 nights in a guesthouse.

- Days 12 - 13
Sossusvlei & Sesriem Canyon
After Swakopmund, you'll drive through Namibia's lunar landscape into the Namib Desert. You'll see the sunrise over Sossusvlei and its towering dunes bathed in light. The coach takes you partway, then a four-wheel drive vehicle for the final stretch. You'll also check out Sesriem Canyon before settling into camp for 2 nights.

Windhoek
You'll head to Windhoek, Namibia's main city, which sits in the Khomas Highlands and mixes modern architecture with historic German colonial buildings. Take time to walk around and explore. By evening, you can grab dinner at one of the local restaurants (at your own cost). You'll stay overnight in a guesthouse.
