- Maureen· April 8th, 2025I know that there can be problems which can affect the accommodation on a tour such as the SA outback but it would help if the programme could be more specific about where the motels, hotels and cabins are. Also It would be helpful if the starting base hotel could be confirmed early enough for the traveller to make a booking with confidence. The guide put in a 100+ performance but I feel that there should be a companion driver as a backup in case something goes wrong and to give the tour guide a rest from a very arduous schedule.Show more

Today's walk from Cape Naturaliste includes Grade 2-3 (easy - moderate) sections, such as the accessible trail from the Lighthouse to Sugarloaf Rock, taking around 5 hours. Day 2: Today there are options of walks from 10km - 18km that include some soft beach sand sections, rocky streches and some long stair climbs. Day 3: We walk for a total of around 16km today, climbing a few hills and crossing some sandy patches. Day 4: There are options of walks from 12km - 20km today. Day 5: Today we have the option of walking between 14km - 24km. Day 6: There are options for walking 14km or 20km today, with 6km of the route being a challenging 6km beach stretch. Day 7: Today's walk is 21km total. Day 8: After all that walking, you'll enjoy a well-deserved lie-in and a leisurely breakfast today.
