Arrival
You'll meet at the airport and get transferred to your hotel. After you settle in, the rest of the day is open so you can relax and get oriented at your own pace.

Barcelona
Breakfast at the hotel kicks things off, then you'll walk through Barcelona's Gothic Quarter on foot, wandering narrow medieval streets to see the Cathedral and other historic spots. Next, you'll board a bus for a panoramic tour past Gaudí's work, the Olympic sites on Montjuïc Mountain, and the Spanish Village with craft shops and regional exhibitions. If weather allows, you'll catch views from the aerial tramway. The afternoon is yours to explore the city however you'd like.

Barcelona to Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll travel to Madrid and transfer to your accommodation when you arrive.

Madrid to Porto via Salamanca
Following breakfast, you'll head out for Porto with a stop in Salamanca, a UNESCO World Heritage university city known for its architecture and artistic heritage. You'll have free time to wander around, then continue toward the Portuguese border and on to Porto for the night.

Porto
After breakfast, you'll take a panoramic tour of this UNESCO World Heritage city, seeing the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building, and Santa Clara church. Then you'll board a river cruise along the Douro to see Porto's historic center from the water, followed by a visit to a Port Wine Cellar where you'll taste some wines. The rest of the day is free for you to explore on your own.

Porto to Fatima via Coimbra
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Coimbra, home to one of Europe's oldest universities and where Fado music began, with time to look around. From there, you'll continue to Fatima, one of the world's most important pilgrimage sites, to see the impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria where the Virgin Mary appeared. You'll visit the Chapel of the Apparitions with the tombs of three shepherd children. In the evening, you have the option to attend the candlelight procession.

Alcobaça
After breakfast, you'll visit the Batalha Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site with Gothic and Manueline architecture. Next comes the fishing town of Nazaré with free time to explore, then Alcobaça (also UNESCO World Heritage) to see the 12th-century church and the tombs of Pedro and Inês de Castro. Later, you'll travel to Lisbon for the night. If you're interested, there's an optional traditional Fado show in the evening.

In the afternoon, you'll explore on your own, perhaps checking out the colorful Alfama Quarter with its winding streets, historic castle, and traditional tabernas where Fado echoes through the alleys.

Lisbon to Cordoba via Caceres
You'll depart at 07:30 for Cáceres, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its mix of Roman, Islamic, Northern Gothic, and Italian Renaissance architecture. You'll walk through Plaza Mayor and explore the Medieval Quarter in the Old Town. After that, you'll head toward Córdoba, arriving in the evening for an overnight stay.

Cordoba to Seville

Seville

Costa del Sol to Casablanca via Tarifa and Tangier
Following breakfast, you'll drive along the scenic Costa del Sol route to Tarifa where you'll board a ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar to Africa. You'll arrive in Tangier, clear customs, then drive south to Casablanca, Morocco's industrial and economic hub. You'll have free time in the city before dinner and overnight accommodation.

- Day 15
Casablanca to Marrakech
After breakfast, you'll explore Casablanca's interesting areas including Anfa Boulevard, Nations Square, residential neighborhoods, and view the Hassan II Grand Mosque from outside. Then you'll head for Marrakech, the capital of southern Morocco located in an oasis between the Atlas Mountains and pre-desert landscape. You'll explore the medina with its bustling souks, visit the Koutoubia Tower, Saadian Tombs, and Bay Palace. Later, you'll experience the magical Jma El Fna Square, an open-air theater filled with fortune tellers, snake charmers, acrobats, and dancers. Dinner and overnight accommodation included. An optional dinner show at Chez Ali Fantasia is available if you want an unforgettable evening.

Marrakech to Fez via Rabat and Meknes
After breakfast, you'll depart early for Rabat to visit Morocco's capital city. You'll view the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, and Hassan Tower. From there, you'll continue to the Imperial City of Meknes to see the impressive Walls of Bab el Mansour and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the only mosque in Morocco where non-Muslims are permitted to enter. You'll arrive in Fez for dinner and overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, you'll depart for Tangier and head to the pier to board the ferry for your return crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar back to Spain. Once you arrive, you'll drive toward Costa del Sol for overnight accommodation.

Costa del Sol to Granada
After breakfast, you'll travel to Granada and its remarkable monumental heritage. Granada was the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms until 1492. You'll visit the world-famous Alhambra complex and Generalife Gardens, which have inspired many authors including Washington Irving's 'Tales of the Alhambra.' The afternoon is yours to explore the city at leisure. An optional traditional Gipsy Flamenco show at Sacromonte Square is available in the evening.

You'll take a short guided tour through the historic old town's narrow streets, then continue to Madrid for overnight accommodation.
