  1. Day 1

    Vancouver

    You'll arrive in Vancouver and have time to settle into this seaport city sitting between mountains and ocean. Your Travel Director will meet you at 18:00 for a Welcome Dinner where you'll get to know the other travelers and have some wine together.

  2. Day 2

    Vancouver to Victoria

    Start the day at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, checking out the original 1889 bridge along with the Cliffwalk and Treetops Adventure. After that, you'll take an orientation tour through Vancouver hitting Gastown, Canada Place, and Stanley Park with its First Nations totem poles. You'll have lunch on your own, then head to the ferry across the Gulf Islands to reach Victoria on Vancouver Island by evening.

  3. Day 3

    Victoria

    Walk through Butchart Gardens to see the floral displays and natural landscapes. Then you'll get an orientation tour covering Mount Tolmie, the Inner Harbour with Parliament Buildings, Canada's oldest Chinatown, and the old Fort Victoria site. The afternoon is yours to spend as you like, and later you'll have a Dine-Around evening where you can pick a restaurant with nice views.

    Victoria to Sun Peaks

    You'll cruise back to the mainland and travel through British Columbia's landscape. The route takes you along the Coquihala Highway, up Coquihala Pass and across Thompson Plateau, passing through forests of spruce, pine and fir. You'll stop in Hope before getting to Sun Peaks for dinner at a Voyageur Bistro serving regional food.

    Sun Peaks to Jasper

    After breakfast, you'll head along the Yellowhead Highway toward Jasper National Park. There's a stop at Mount Robson Visitor Center in Mount Robson Provincial Park where you'll see Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Once in Jasper, you'll get a brief orientation tour and then have time to explore or join optional activities.

    Jasper

    The morning starts with a walk through Maligne Canyon trails, one of the nicest gorges in the Canadian Rockies. Then you'll board a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake with a stop at Spirit Island. Later you'll travel the Icefields Parkway to Columbia Icefield and stay at Glacier View Lodge. After dinner, you can relax on the viewing deck, in the library, or at the Moraine Lounge.

    Columbia Icefield to Banff

    You'll have a hearty breakfast before a special early-access glacier tour. You'll get onto Athabasca Glacier in an Ice Explorer, walk across the ice with your guide, and have a warm drink while on the glacier. From there you'll head south to Lake Louise to see its blue waters and Victoria Glacier, then continue to the resort town of Banff where you'll stay two nights and have dinner in town.

Or join your Travel Director for a Banff Orientation Tour covering Bow Falls and Surprise Corner.

You'll settle in for the evening and get ready to explore tomorrow.

    Glacier National Park

    You'll board a private Red Jammer bus for a narrated trip along the Going-To-The-Sun Road, the only road that crosses through Glacier National Park. You'll see great views from Logan Pass and explore the park's interior. At Lake McDonald, you'll have a special Legends of Glacier experience with Blackfeet Nation artist Jack Gladstone, who shares the park's history through story and song. The night will be at a classic Swiss-chalet lodge with mountain views.

If you can ever request this combination to take you around ....do yourself a favour and request them. Ben is knowledgeable and customer service is fabulous. Owen kept he coach clean at every opportunity and his driving was comfortable and safe.
