Amazing hike, an experience of a lifetime. Would say you need some hiking experience for this and should come prepared for cold temperatures at the peak. I wasn’t prepared but was able to rent gear for relatively cheap with help from the guide. Would highly recommend this trek though to any avid hikers :)

We'd love to do a 2 day, 1 night stay to Imlil with some trekking, enjoying the Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Ideally 19th & 20th February. Can you please please advise the following: - where is the accommodation, can you send a link - how many people on the tour and what are the fitness levels? - on the 20th can we leave and go to Essaouira? - would we just need walking boots and clothing?

You will stay in a cozy Berber guesthouse in Imlil, offering warm hospitality, traditional Moroccan meals, and stunning mountain views. This is a private tour or group depending if whether there are others at the same time with max 6. The trek is suitable for people with moderate fitness levels. Yes, it's possible to arrange transportation to Essaouira after the trek! We can organize a private driver to take you from Imlil to Essaouira on the afternoon of the 20th. Comfortable walking boots are essential, as well as clothing suitable for layered dressing (it can be cool in the morning and warm by midday). Bring a small backpack, a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. Trekking poles are optional but can be provided if needed.
