Arrival at Male to Thoddoo Island
Your guide will meet you at Velana International Airport and get you headed to Thoddoo Island on a scenic boat ride that takes about an hour. Once you check into your hotel, you can walk around and get a feel for the island. If you arrive with time to spare, your guide can take you into Male city where you'll learn about local history and Maldivian culture. You'll have traditional snacks and tea to start getting a taste of the local food scene.

Thoddoo Island
After breakfast, you'll head out on a speedboat diving trip to see what the island's marine life has to offer. You're likely to spot sharks, sea turtles, groupers, mantas, and lots of colorful fish throughout the day. The afternoon opens up for you to relax on the beach with swimming and surfing available if you want them. Your host will prepare a BBQ dinner to wrap up the day.

Thoddoo Island
This day is yours to use however you'd like, whether that's spending time on the beach or trying out optional water sports on your own schedule. Later in the evening, you can take a relaxing cruise to watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean while looking for dolphins jumping in the water.

Thoddoo Island
You'll start with breakfast before heading to a nearby sandbank for a more relaxed experience with swimming and snorkeling in clear water. After that, you can check out the island's agricultural side and learn about why Thoddoo has the reputation as the 'hometown of watermelons'. Dinner will feature fresh produce grown right there on Thoddoo Farm before you head back to your hotel.

Thoddoo Island to Male Departure
After breakfast, you'll take the ferry over to Male for a city tour that includes the Friday Mosque, National Museum, and Sultan Park. Once you finish sightseeing, your guide will take you to the airport for your flight home, bringing your Maldives trip to an end.
