Baku
You'll arrive in Baku and meet your driver at the airport for the transfer to your hotel. Get settled in and take the rest of the day to walk around at your own pace, getting a feel for the city before your guided tours begin.

- Day 2
Baku
Your guide takes you through Baku's main sights starting with the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center. From there you'll see the Baku Conference Hall and Highland Park overlooking the Caspian Sea, then check out the Flame Towers. After browsing the National Carpet Museum, you'll walk through Little Venice and the Boulevard. Later, grab lunch before heading to Nizami Street and the old town. You'll return to your hotel by evening.

- Day 3
Gobustan
This morning you drive out to Gobustan to see the Mud Volcano where mud flows constantly. The Gobustan Museum and ancient rock paintings (over 4,000 years old) come next. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Bibi-Heybat Mosque and see the world's first industrially drilled oil well. Before heading back to Baku, you'll experience the ever-burning fire at the Zoroastrian Fire Temple and finish at Yanardag's Burning Mountain.

- Day 4
Gabala - Sheki
A 3-hour drive takes you to Gabala with stops at the Diribaba Mausoleum and Juma Mosque in Shamaxi along the way. You'll see Nohurgol Lake and take a cable car up Tufandag Ski Resort for mountain views. Then it's about 80 minutes to Sheki. This is a long day (11-12 hours total), so plan to rest well beforehand.

- Day 5
Baku
Start the morning at the Palace of Sheki Khan and see the intricate Shebeke glasswork up close. You'll visit a master craftsman's house to learn how this traditional craft works. After exploring the Upper and Lower Caravanserai (a historic Silk Road trading post), you'll wander the Street of Sweets and Potteries. Before the 4.5-hour drive back to Baku, stop at the ancient Albanian church in Kish village.
