Los Angeles
You'll arrive at Los Angeles International Airport and head to your hotel on your own. Once there, you'll meet your tour director and the rest of the group at a welcome reception to kick things off.

Los Angeles to Phoenix
Starting out through Palm Springs, you'll drive past the downtown area and golf courses backed by the San Jacinto Mountains. From there, you'll pass through Indio in the Coachella Valley before heading on to Phoenix for the night.

Phoenix to Grand Canyon
You'll travel through the Sonoran Desert toward Sedona, where red-rock monoliths surround the town. After driving through Oak Creek Canyon, you'll reach Grand Canyon National Park to see the mile-deep canyon carved by the Colorado River with its gorges and rock spires.

Grand Canyon to Page
Heading into the Navajo Indian Reservation, you'll pass through Cameron's trading post and then drive across the Painted Desert and Monument Valley, those iconic western landscapes. You'll arrive in Page on a mesa above the Colorado River with your evening free to relax.

Page to Bryce Canyon
You'll check out Glen Canyon Dam, the second-highest concrete-arch dam in the country, and take in views of Lake Powell with its blue water against red-rock walls. Later, after heading into Utah and passing through Kanab, you'll get to Bryce Canyon. If conditions allow, you'll have a chance to see the night sky full of stars and constellations.

This morning you'll see Zion National Park with its massive rock formations shaped by wind, time, and the Virgin River. By afternoon, you'll arrive in Las Vegas, switching from natural scenery to round-the-clock entertainment with shopping, shows, and casinos throughout the city.

You're heading to Death Valley, the lowest and driest spot in the western hemisphere. You'll stop at Zabriskie Point and Furnace Creek Ranch before climbing the Sierra Nevada Mountains to Mammoth Lakes, a alpine resort town with a gold mining past and great skiing and mountain views.
