Itinerary
- Day 1
Perth to Margaret River
You'll meet your guide and head south from Perth toward Busselton, a seaside town known for its jetty (the second-longest in the world). After a picnic on the beach, you'll walk through Ngilgi Cave, which has extensive underground boardwalks to explore. From there you'll continue to Margaret River Beach Resort and have dinner at The Common Restaurant.

- Day 2
Margaret River
Start with breakfast at a local café where you can watch surfers at one of the world's best breaks. The morning's spent walking through Margaret River's craft and produce shops, then you'll spend the afternoon tasting at various cellar doors around the region (wine, beer, gin, dairy, and sweets). Grab lunch at one of the local restaurants, then head back to your hotel with a platter of local products.

- Day 3
Margaret River to Albany
After breakfast you'll head inland to Walpole Wilderness and see the Valley of the Giants, where you'll walk 40 metres up into the canopy among Western Australia's tingle trees. Next you'll get to the town of Denmark on the Denmark River, then take a coastal drive toward Albany with stops at The Gap and Natural Bridge. You'll arrive in Albany in time for dinner at a restaurant overlooking the ocean.

- Day 4
Albany to Esperance
Following breakfast, you'll explore Albany's town center and its history, then travel inland to Porongurup for the Walitj Meil Walk with views toward the Stirling Range. You'll drive through the Stirling Ranges (wildflower-covered during spring) heading toward Esperance. After checking in, dinner waits with ocean views.

- Day 5
Esperance
You'll head to Cape Le Grand National Park, about 50km east of Esperance, to reach one of Australia's best-known beaches. At Lucky Bay you'll see kangaroos on the white sand, then you can swim and bushwalk in the area. Later that evening you'll eat at a local restaurant back in Esperance.

- Day 6
Esperance to Border Village
Get an early start for the Nullarbor Plain crossing. You'll stop at the original Eucla Telegraph Station to stretch, then cross into South Australia. Four-wheel driving takes you along the Balladonia Track to see historical sites while your guide talks about the land's history. You'll stay at a roadhouse motel in Border Village.

- Day 7
Border Village to Ceduna
Continue on the Nullarbor with a stop at Koonalda Homestead in Nullarbor National Park, an abandoned 1950s rest stop offering a look at old Australian history. You'll drive to Head of Bight, a coastal lookout where whale spotting happens June through October. Check into eco villas on the beach in Ceduna, relax, and watch the sunset while trying local produce and wines.

- Day 8
Ceduna to Elliston
You'll sleep in, then travel to Streaky Bay for coffee before heading to Baird Bay for a three-hour eco-cruise swimming with sea lions and dolphins (optional, $220 per person, September to May). If that's not available, you'll visit Point Labbat to see the mainland's only sea lion colony. Talia Caves come next, then you'll reach Elliston for a beach BBQ dinner.

Elliston to Port Lincoln
After breakfast you'll head south stopping at coastal spots like Locks Well and Cummings Lookout. You'll visit Coffin Bay's oyster farms to meet local producers and learn about the seafood industry, then pick and shuck your own oysters. Lunch is a seafood platter at 1802 Oyster Bar & Restaurant. After exploring Coffin Bay National Park's beaches and bushland, you'll arrive in Port Lincoln for dinner at a seafood restaurant.

Port Lincoln to Adelaide
Sleep in and have a continental breakfast at your hotel restaurant, then take a town tour of Australia's Seafood Capital. Stop at Fresh Fish Place for lunch, then four-wheel drive through dunes from Wanna Lookout to Sleaford. You'll see the coastline at Whalers Way and meet koalas at Mikkira Station, pop into a vineyard for tasting, then get dropped at the airport for your 45-minute flight to Adelaide, arriving around 7 pm.
