Amazing tour! As our first time using tour radar and Legacy we weren't too sure how it would go, but we were pleasantly surprised. Danny, our agent was always helpful. Although we used the 3-star hotel package, they were still great! The efficiency of all the drivers and guides has to be highlighted as they were all on time and helpful. For us, the only suggestion is that we wish a bit of extra information about the condition of certain locations we went to (mainly the overnight sleeper train) was provided for us to be more prepared with food and such. Overall, we definitely enjoyed the trip!

Overall great experience very well organised. The only thing i feel could improve the experience would have been a bit more information on the overnight train,as the cabin was in poor condition and recommend private cabins for your customers.

The overall experience was nice, I liked that as my first time going to Asia I did get the support of a team/guides to navigate through, taste and discover the different major areas of this country. I do wish to make some constructive suggestions; Day 1 & 2: Day 1 should be dedicated to a tour of the city, discovering the culture, sites and historical buildings that symbolize the area of south Vietnam. Day 2 should be dedicated to Cu Chi tunnels and the War Museum. On my tour, on Day 2, we only did Cu Chi Tunnels and the war museum which was interesting. But, disappointing as we didn't visit the city at all. I felt I haven't seen Saigon and should have booked days prior too would have known that a tour of the city was not going to happen. Day 3: We have learned that the on water market was in the morning and was too late to see it, it was unfortunate. We visited one island and visited an old house. The guide did not give much information on the old house neither about the area. We definitely didn't visit the pagoda which was a miss because it looked beautiful and would have been nice to see it. Day 5: please advice people to bring food before boarding the train. The staff doesn't speak english on board. They do pass with carts with food, but if you don't speak vietnamese and unsure what you'll get, you might be spending the night without food. Day 6: city tour of Hanoi. Since I arrived at 6 am and had only an hour and half to eat, change and get ready for the day. I would suggest to give Day 6 a breather to travellers and have the day for themselves. Plan the city tour on day 7 instead. The city tour is full of activities and very insightful, I truly enjoyed it. But I was exhausted from the night on the sleeper train Day 7: Ha Long Bay - give the people the option to choose the North or South route and explain the different activities they could do. The North route was enjoyable, relaxing and not crowded. But, I wasn't aware I wouldn't have access to the hike to a view point perspective and the visit of a cave. Day 9: Bakhan Village - it was a stunning resort. But lacks a little of activities when it is raining. My scheduled tour was shorten from 1hr to 25mins and was walked by someone from the hotel whom wasn't a tour guide neither spoke english. I liked seeing the village, but wasn't able to interact. Then, the rest of my stay was mainly reading in my hotel room as there are no spa or other activities (aside a lounge or a bar to consume beverages). Maybe a cooking class could be interesting or go help some villagers as optional activities could have been offered? Please advice people to bring extra cash to tip tour guide and guide them on how much is appropriate. Educate travellers on tipping in Vietnam. Please advice people on bringing bug spray with them as an important piece in their travelling bag. They will need it on several occasions.

The organisers were very friendly and helpful. Loved their enthusiasm and responsiveness! The tour was very busy though. We had to frequently wake up at around 7am and the day tends to be quite long. Hotels were alright except for the Bakhan Village resort which was astounding. Overall highly recommend if you're the type that likes to visit touristy places and have a long day of activities. The places where they bring us for food is catered to tourist and wasn't good to me.

Well organised and a great tour!!! Couldn't find much to fault with the whole process. the office is quick to communicate and changes can be made to the length, dates and what you do almost up to arrival time. The main hotel we stayed at in Hanoi is clean and utilitarian - breakfasts are disappointing but, if you take the Halon Bay cruise, the food is fantastic - as are the ships and the whole experience. Hanoi itself is amazing and a real feast for the senses: get a suit made; buy some 'genuine reproduction' designer gear; eat well and soak up the energy - we loved it. Be prepared for a tourist extravaganza on the cruise. You are herded through the various sites but it's all about the photo, right? Well not for me, but you can instagram it to death and make everyone envious of your fabulous holiday quite easily! I'm only saying this with a slight tongue in my cheek - it was a fantastic trip and these guys do everything.
