Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive in Kathmandu and get transferred to your hotel. Your trekking guide meets you there to go over what's coming up on the Langtang Valley trek, covering logistics and what to expect on the trail ahead.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
This morning you'll do a full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu with your guide in an air-conditioned car. You'll visit several UNESCO World Heritage sites including Pasupatinath, Buddhanath, Monkey Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. By afternoon you'll start getting your gear ready for the trek that begins soon.

Kathmandu to Syaprubensi
You'll take a bus or jeep for about 5 to 8 hours to reach the trekking start point. The route goes through narrow hilly roads and you'll pass river valleys, waterfalls, and snow-capped mountains along the way.
- Day 4
Syaprubensi to Sherpa Gaun
The trek starts today with a 6-hour uphill hike to Sherpa Gaun. Your body adjusts to the altitude and trail conditions while you take in the mountain and landscape views around you. You'll stay at a local tea house with all meals included.

Sherpa Gaun to Ghoda Tabela
From Sherpa Gaun you'll trek for roughly 6 hours to Ghoda Tabela. The path mostly follows the Langtang River through forest and passes several villages along the way. You'll reach an army checkpoint that marks the end of today's hike.

- Day 6
Ghoda Tabela to Kyanjing
Today's trek to Kyanjing takes about 5 hours, starting with uphill sections then moving to flatter ground. Kyanjing is a substantial village and the main hub of the Langtang Valley Trek. The Kyanjing Gompa monastery overlooks the area from above.

Kyanjing Acclimatization Day
You'll take a short half-hour hike up to one of the viewpoints for panoramic 360-degree views of the Langtang mountain range. Most peaks here sit above 6,000 meters, and several go higher than 7,000 meters.

Kyanjing to Lama Hotel
Today you'll trek downhill for approximately 7 hours back to Lama Hotel. You'll walk mostly beside the river and through jungle terrain, which gives you fresh perspectives on Langtang Valley from different angles.

Lama Hotel to Syaprubensi
You'll complete the trek with a 6-hour walk alongside the river down to Syaprubensi. There's a natural hot spring by the riverside if you feel like stopping for a quick soak.

- Day 10
Syaprubensi to Kathmandu
You'll drive about 9 hours back to Kathmandu, passing waterfalls, paddy fields, and river valleys along the scenic route. Once you reach your hotel you can relax and recover from the trek.
- Day 11
Kathmandu
You'll get transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight back home.
