Everything went according to plan. The hotels were good The local agents delivered good services as per itinerary. Communication with Ripio Turismo worked well.

The guide in Santiago was really helpful but the hotel was only 1*. It was broken down, tiles were moldy, chipped and rooms were cold (heat is off in spring). There was no hot water and when it was available, it was intermittent. The sights were beautiful and definitely worth visiting, unfortunately, the guides could not speak English well and if in a group with Spanish-speaking tourist, the tour was mainly in Spanish, with 10% in English if you are lucky. There was little to be said in English because they did not have the vocabulary to explain.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 2nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 2nd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with RipioTurismo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
