Our favourite hotel was Aranwa Scared Valley. The hotel was very well designed. The rooms were spacious, modern and had all the extras you would see in a good 5 star hotel. The staff were always helpful and worked well with our travel agent manage our bags left behind. The day trip to Machu Picchu, was the best! You coordinated the land content, local transfers and flights to make it a smooth trip with minimal overlaps and provided good contact details for us to use if we were in difficulty

Our experience with you has been Extremely good. The people who were supposed to meet us at airports were always there to pick us up. It is important to come out of the terminal and find that someone is already there and you are not going to be hanging around wondering if the pick up is going to show up. All the hotels were very good except for the first hotel upon our arrival in Lima from the states. That was the El Tambo II which was the pits. All excursions were good but we liked Machu Picchu ;and Iguazu Falls best. One suggestion: Guides should not assume that because we look old we should cut things short. Ask us if we are tired or willing to go on and tell us what is ahead if we choose to go on. Let us make the decision to continue or cut things short. We found we missed some things because of that. Other than the suggestion before, we would only add that you reconsider keeping El Tambo II in your line up. It promises more than it delivers as for example the internet. The router lacks the range to reach the top floors. Hope this helps you in your future endeavors and thank you for a wonderful trip.

Would definitely recommend Say Hueque to my friends All the hotels are pretty good and breakfast provided was reasonably good. No big issue with any of the hotels. Machu Piccu and Iguazu Falls( Argentina side) are definitely the highlights. The guide in Machu Piccu is outstanding as his description of the place is interesting and in great details. Unfortunately I didn’t remember his name. Definitely a wonderful knowledgeable young gentlemen. Diago(not sure if I got the name right.) is also an excellent guide. He knows the place very well and brought us to all the wonderful spots and managed to avoid or bit the crowds! A very caring person and likes to joke around which made the tour very interesting. There is nothing that did not meet our expectation. Although there was a bit of hiccups in our trip, somehow things were resolved, so no fuss. I do want to comment that the trip was well organised by Say Hueque. Everyone in every place has been very punctual, helpful and polite

Thank you so much for such wonderful trips! All hotels were great. I do not really have favorite. My absolutely favorite guide was Fernando on Inca Trail. Extremely knowledgeable, great attitude, very helpful and showed personal interest in each traveler.
