- MGMatthew Ming· August 3rd, 2023To us, the guide clearly lack tour etiquette and experience. One example only. Per voucher. We were to go outside our hotel. Tour guide will pick us up at 830A. At 820A we came outside of our hotel. Once outside, we saw a crowd of tourists and 5-8 tour buses. Lots of people milling around. We looked for a bus with our name or the name of the Tour Operator. None to be seen. We looked for someone holding a sign with our name. None. The tour and tour guide had our name. We were not given the name of our tour guide. Hence, we expected the tour guide to either identify himself or look for us (like other tours). At 835 my wife began to systematically ask each tour bus if they might be our tour. After asking 2 or 3. She found our tour guide and bus. The guide did not hold a sign with our names. The guide did not look for us. Instead, he expected us to find him in a sea of other buses, tour guides and tourists. Poor planning by the tour organizer. The tour voucher did not cite the name of the tour guide. Nor his cell phone number. Other tours do the above routinely. For the above reason and others. We cannot recommend Tourradar.Show more
