Itinerary
- Day 1
Colombo to Kandy
Your driver picks you up at the airport and heads toward Pinnawala, about 90km away. Once there, you'll spend time at an elephant orphanage where you can see and interact with the elephants, including the younger ones. After that, you'll drive to Kandy with a meal stop somewhere along the route. By evening, you'll catch a cultural dance show to get a sense of local traditions.

Peradeniya - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, you'll head to the Temple of Tooth, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses a tooth of Lord Buddha. From there, check out the Gem Museum, which features a particularly large Sapphire rock. Later, wander through the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya to see orchids, exotic plants, and wildlife. In the afternoon, you'll drive to Nuwara Eliya, known as 'Little England of Sri Lanka' because of its mountain and waterfall surroundings. You'll visit tea plantations and a tea factory, then end at Gregory Park where there's a lake and pleasant weather.

Ella - Yala
After breakfast, the drive to Ella begins with a stop at Seetha Amman Kovil Temple, which has religious significance tied to the Ramayana. Next, you'll go to Hakgala Botanical Gardens to see different plant and flower collections. After lunch, you'll see the Nine Arches Bridge, an architectural structure sometimes called the Bridge in the Sky that offers views of hills and forests. Later, you'll check in at your hotel in Yala.

Mirissa
You'll head out at 6 AM to Yala National Park, one of the top safari destinations that's known for having the highest leopard population. During your wildlife safari, you'll look for leopards, elephants, and different bird species. Later, you'll travel to the beach town of Mirissa and visit Coconut Tree Hill, which is popular on social media for its coconut palms and views of the Indian Ocean. After checking into your hotel, you'll have the afternoon to relax and spend time on the beach.

Galle - Bentota - Airport
On your last day, after breakfast, you'll visit Galle City, a former Portuguese colony with colonial architecture, interesting houses, and small shops. Then you'll go to the Bentota Turtle Farm to see various turtle species, including some that are exotic and endangered. Your driver will then take you to the airport according to your flight time.
