Itinerary
- Day 1
Arusha
Touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport and get transferred to the Four Points by Sheraton in Arusha. Once you're checked in, spend the rest of the day settling down and getting adjusted to the time zone.
- Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire
After breakfast, head out toward Tarangire National Park for lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Your safari ranger will take you on your first game drive through the acacia woodlands and past those massive baobab trees once you've eaten.

Tarangire
The morning is free to do as you like, and there's the option to go on a balloon safari if you're interested. After lunch, your wildlife guide takes you out on another game drive through Tarangire to look for animals and birds.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara
Following breakfast, drive to Escarpment Luxury Lodge, arriving in time to grab lunch. You'll have an afternoon game drive in the scenic area before heading back to freshen up ahead of dinner.

Lake Manyara
Spend a relaxed morning at the lodge, then join an afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. You might see leopards, lions, cheetahs, elephants, blue monkeys, hippos, and giraffes, plus around 400 different bird species.

Lake Manyara to Serengeti

Serengeti
Start well before sunrise on an early game drive to catch wildlife as the African sunrise happens. You'll spot elephants, warthogs, wildebeest, and zebra. During the afternoon heat, rest at the lodge, then go out again as evening approaches when animals become active.

Ngorongoro
Head down 2,000 feet through the morning mist to the crater floor of this extinct volcano and check out the concentrated wildlife. Grab a picnic lunch down there, then head back to the lodge to watch the sunset.
