Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Reykjavik
You'll arrive at Keflavik airport where your guide meets you for the drive to Reykjavik. After checking into your hotel, you'll get an orientation tour of the city to get your bearings. If the northern lights are out tonight, your guide will take you out to look for them.

Reykjavik Sightseeing and Northern Lights
This morning you'll walk through Reykjavik's city centre and learn about its history and early settlement. You'll see the Harpa Opera House, check out the Sun Voyager sculpture, visit Höfði House, and head up to the Northern Lights Museum for city views. After lunch, you'll join a whale and puffin watching tour departing from the harbor. Later in the evening, you'll head back out to hunt for northern lights.

Golden Circle and Northern Lights
You'll start the day on Iceland's famous Golden Circle route, beginning at Thingvellir National Park where you can see the tectonic rift valley and walk to Öxarárfoss Waterfall. Next you'll head to Strokkur geyser, which erupts roughly every 5 minutes. You'll see Gullfoss waterfall and grab lunch at Friðheimar, a greenhouse farm growing tomatoes using geothermal heat. On the way back, you'll visit some friendly Icelandic horses, then relax in Secret Lagoon's natural geothermal waters. By evening you'll head out looking for northern lights.

South Coast Waterfalls and Black Beaches
You'll travel down Iceland's south coast starting with Seljalandsfoss, a 60-meter waterfall you can walk right behind. From there it's on to Skófafoss, fed by glacier meltwater. You'll see Sólheimajökull outlet glacier and the black sand beaches at Dyrholaey with their basalt columns and puffins (depending on season). Later you'll reach Reynisfjara black beach to see the dramatic Reynisdrangar sea stacks before heading to your accommodation near Höfn.

- Day 5
Glaciers and Icebergs
You'll explore Vatnajökull National Park, starting at Skaftafell with a hike to Svartifoss, a black waterfall surrounded by hexagonal basalt columns. You'll visit Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon to see icebergs floating in front of the calving glacier and walk across Diamond Beach on black sand. After that you'll check out Fjardárglufur Canyon, carved out by glacial rivers. You'll head back to Reykjavik later in the day.

- Day 6
Adventure and Blue Lagoon
You'll start by choosing your adventure: horseback riding on Icelandic horses, an ATV tour, or exploring a lava cave (let them know your preference when booking). Next you'll visit the Bridge Between Continents, a small footbridge crossing the tectonic rift between two plates. You'll pass by Reykjanesviti, Iceland's oldest lighthouse, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, high cliffs, and black rock formations. You'll finish the day relaxing in the Blue Lagoon's geothermal waters.
