- Day 1
Amsterdam
Your first day in Amsterdam is yours to do whatever you'd like. Wander through the canal-lined streets, rent a bike and cycle around like locals do, or spend time in one of the many museums. You could also just find a spot along the water and take in the vibe of the city at whatever pace suits you.
- Day 2
Amsterdam
A guided walking tour takes you through the quieter cobblestone streets to find parts of Amsterdam most visitors miss. After that, your Suite Ship opens for boarding. If you're interested, there's an optional trip to Zaanse Schans where you can see traditional windmills and old Dutch houses, or you can head straight to the ship and settle in.

Amsterdam to Cologne
You'll take a guided canal cruise to see the grand mansions from Amsterdam's golden age. In the afternoon, head to the Adventure Center to pick from various activities or explore museums and galleries on your own. Later, you'll board your ship for the journey to Cologne.

Cologne
In Cologne, you have choices: bike through the city with locals, take a guided tour of the Jewish heritage sites, or walk through the city and see the famous Gothic cathedral with its twin spires. Back on the ship, there's local Kölsch beer and music from musicians performing live.

Cochem
Multiple options available today. Bike along the Mosel river, visit a former German Central Bank bunker to see Cold War vaults underground, or walk through Cochem with its half-timbered houses and Reichsburg Castle perched on the hilltop. An optional excursion to Eltz Castle is also available if you want to add more.

Trier
Trier is Germany's oldest city and you'll have several ways to experience it. Walk around on your own with an Adventure Host, take a guided tour starting at Porta Nigra, or join a history-focused tour that covers the Roman amphitheater and imperial baths. Optional afternoon excursions are available, and the ship offers live entertainment in the evening.

In Koblenz, you can bike on the Mosel side, take a guided walk past fortresses and old monuments, or tour Sayn Manor House. Then your ship sails through the Rhine Gorge to Rüdesheim, where you'll have free time to walk around this wine village. An optional cruise through the dramatic Rhine scenery is also available.

A short sail takes you to Speyer for free time, then you'll cruise overnight toward Strasbourg.

You'll disembark in Basel and take a motorcoach to Mount Pilatus. The trip up almost 7,000 feet offers spectacular views of central Switzerland (or you'll visit the Swiss Transport Museum if weather doesn't cooperate). Later, a guided walk through Lucerne shows you Thorwaldsen's Lion Monument and the famous Chapel Bridge.
