Itinerary
- Day 1
Bologna
You'll arrive in Bologna and get settled at your hotel in the city center. After checking in, you have a welcome drink to kick things off, then the rest of the afternoon and evening are yours to explore on your own. When you're ready for dinner, head to a local restaurant serving traditional food with a 4-course menu that gives you a real taste of what Bologna's about.

Landmarks/POIs Bologna Airport - Day 2
Bologna
Following breakfast, you'll join a private guided food tour through Bologna's medieval market where you'll learn about the city's history and food culture. During the tour you'll sample local pasta, cold cuts, Lambrusco wine, coffee, and Majani chocolate. After you finish, the rest of your day is open. You can wander around on your own before heading to dinner and settling in for the night.

Bologna
After breakfast, you get to choose your adventure for the day. You can tour a Parmigiano Reggiano factory and taste three different aged varieties, or go for a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena experience with tastings instead. Both options are 4 hours long and include private transportation. Once you're back at the hotel, you have the afternoon and evening to relax and do whatever you'd like.

Bologna
Have breakfast at the hotel, then your private transfer will pick you up and take you to Bologna Airport or the train station depending on how you're leaving. This is your departure day, so you'll head out with plenty of memories from your time in Bologna and the surrounding region.
