Itinerary
- Day 1
Bucharest
You'll land in Romania and drive to your centrally located hotel in Bucharest. During the journey, you'll get your first look at what locals call 'The Little Paris of the East' with its Belle-Epoque architecture, wide boulevards, and key landmarks including the Palace of the Parliament, Unification Square, and the Arch of Triumph. A traditional dinner waits for you in the Old Town to kick things off.

- Day 2
Sinaia - Bran - Brasov
After breakfast, you have the option to tour the Palace interior and see its preserved architecture plus the impressive chandeliers. From there, you'll drive to Sinaia and visit Peles Castle, a German Renaissance structure and former summer home of Romanian royalty. Then it's on to Bran to check out the 14th-century Bran Castle, which has strong ties to the Dracula legend and served as a royal residence. You'll wrap up the day in Brasov, where you'll stay for the night.

- Day 3
Gura Humorului
This morning focuses on medieval Brasov, founded by German Saxons back in the 12th century. You'll see the Black Church, a Gothic structure modeled after Saint Sebaldus Church that took nearly 100 years to build. Walking through the Old Town, you'll come across the Black Tower, White Tower, Ecaterina's Gate, and Rope's Street. Later you'll head to Gura Humorului for the night.

Voronet - Moldovita - Bogdan Voda - Sighetul Marmatiei
You'll visit Voronet Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in just 3 months and 3 days back in 1488, known for its distinctive blue frescoes. Next comes Moldovita Monastery, one of Romania's oldest from the 16th century and also UNESCO-listed. Then you'll explore Bogdan Voda and its wooden church, a specialty of the Maramures region. The day ends in Sighetul Marmatiei.

- Day 5
Sapanta - Cluj Napoca
You'll drive to Sapanta and check out the Merry Cemetery with its unique cross designs while your guide shares the stories behind them. After that, you'll head to Cluj Napoca, one of Romania's largest cities, to check in. In the afternoon, a guided tour takes you through Central Park, Union Square, Museum Square, Banffy Palace, Tailor's Bastion, and Fortress Hill. Dinner happens at your hotel.

Sighisoara - Sibiu
You'll drive to Sighisoara and walk through the fairy-tale Old Town with its cobblestone streets, 9 towers, artillery bastions, and pretty medieval houses. A walking tour inside the UNESCO World Heritage citadel includes the Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill, and the birth house of Count Dracula. Then you'll travel to Sibiu for the night.

Sibiel - Sibiu
After breakfast, a guided walking tour shows you Sibiu's preserved medieval city, visiting the Bridge of Lies (Europe's second iron bridge), Citadel Park, Council Tower, Large Square, Huet Square, and Small Square. You'll also see the Evangelic Church with its nearly 74-meter tower, the tallest in Transylvania, and visit the Brukenthal Museum. Later, you'll drive 20km to Sibiel village to see the 'Pr. Zosim Oancea' Museum with its collection of roughly 600 painted glass icons. A traditional dinner with homemade wine and plum brandy at a local house wraps up the day before returning to Sibiu.
