Itinerary
- Day 1
Mostar
Head out to Pocitelj first, a medieval town with some interesting history that's on UNESCO's Tentative List. The old streets are worth walking around, and you'll get a feel for the region's past. From there, continue on to Mostar and check out the historical center, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You've got free time to wander through the cobblestone streets, grab coffee at a local cafe, or just explore at your own pace. Sleep overnight in Mostar.

- Day 2
Mostar to Sarajevo
Start your morning heading toward Sarajevo. Along the way, stop at the Konjic bridge, which is worth seeing. Once you arrive in Sarajevo, spend time in the historical center listed on UNESCO's Tentative List. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city however you want, whether that's visiting specific sites or just walking around and getting to know the place. Stay overnight in Sarajevo.

- Day 3
Sarajevo to Jajce
Travel through Bosnia's interior to see several natural and historical sites. Start at the Bosnian Pyramids landmark, then move on to Travnik fortress. Next, head to Jajce to see the waterfall there. After you've checked out the waterfall, you'll have time to explore Jajce on your own before settling in for the night.

- Day 4
Jajce to Makarska
This day focuses on Jajce's cultural and historical side. Visit the historical center (on UNESCO's Tentative List), then tour the local museum to get more context about the area. Make your way to Jajce fortress and walk around it. Before heading out, visit the Scit monastery and its museum, which offers a quieter, more spiritual experience. By evening, head back to Makarska to finish up the tour.
