Itinerary
- Day 1
Mostar
Start your tour at Blagaj Monastery, which sits right where the Buna River emerges from the earth and makes for an interesting spot to walk around. After that, you'll head into Mostar's historic center where the old town has plenty to see on foot, particularly around the famous bridge and the narrow lanes that cut through the medieval quarter. You'll have time to wander the streets, grab lunch at one of the local cafes, and just get a feel for the place before checking into your accommodation for the night.

Radimlja - Trebinje
This day takes you through southern Bosnia hitting several sites. First comes Pocitelj's medieval old town, a hilltop settlement with stone houses and old fortifications that you can walk through. Next you'll visit the Radimlja archaeological site, which has some interesting medieval tombstones and ruins. Then it's on to Tvrdos Monastery, a working monastic community with a long history in the region. Later in the day you'll reach Trebinje and its cathedral, which is a nice structure to see. You'll get free time to walk around Trebinje, grab dinner somewhere, and settle in for the night.

Budva
You'll cross the border into Montenegro heading toward Kotor, a UNESCO-listed town with a medieval old town tucked into a bay surrounded by mountains. You can walk the narrow streets of the historic center, check out the cathedral, and if you're up for it, hike up to the fortress for views over the water and rooftops. After spending time there, you'll travel to Budva where the evening is yours to explore the old town or just relax before your overnight stay.

Budva to Orebic
Start by checking out Budva's historical center again if you missed anything the day before, walking through the old walls and down to the waterfront. Later you'll head back toward Orebic, wrapping up your tour as you travel back through the region and return to your starting point.
