The most outstanding member of staff was Eli from customer service, who went over and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The company used Pinnacle Tours to take us to our destinations. Their coaches were always on time and the drivers and guides excellent throughout. Special mention to Paul and Le who were a great team on a couple of our tours. Overall the trip was well organized. Do you cancel the day trips due to lack of numbers? Do you have breakfast at your Hotel and then be picked up there for the day?
