    · August 7th, 2025
In June of this year, along with five other friends, I joined the tour “Pakistan Panorama” knowing I would have a rare look into a region few of us are fortunate enough to explore. But nothing prepared me for the majesty of the scenery, the challenge of driving precipitous mountain roads in the Hunza Valley and, above all, the warm hospitality of the people. Our tour was small and personal. Our local driver-guides made us feel like family friends, not travellers from Australia. Through them we learned about their country on a personal level and through them were prvileged to visit the homes of local mountain families - an experience never to be forgotten. North-Eastern Pakistan is awe-inspiring in its scenery, complex in its history, warm and colourful in its people. Our two weeks there were magic. Penelope Wise, Sydney Australia.

We had the most unforgettable experience exploring the breathtaking beauty of Gilgit Baltistan, all thanks to our incredible guides — Sultan, Aamir, and our driver Jahangir. From the moment our journey began, everything was perfectly planned and effortlessly executed. We visited Skardu, Hunza, and Gilgit, but Hunza truly stole our hearts. One of the most special moments of the trip was when Sultan took us to his village and introduced us to his lovely family — it gave us such a warm, personal insight into local life that we’ll always treasure. The entire team handled the road conditions and any unexpected situations with such ease and professionalism. Whether it was a bumpy stretch or a sudden change in the itinerary, the boys took care of it all without ever letting us worry. And let’s not forget the countless tea stops and refreshing drinks and fruits along the way that kept us going and made the drives even more enjoyable! We’re so grateful for the kindness, hospitality, and care shown by Sultan, Aamir, and Jahangir. They didn’t just guide us — they made us feel like family. Highly, highly recommended!
