We had an outstanding experience with Bhutan Inbound from start to finish. Deki did an excellent job organzing our trip and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled smoothly and efficiently. Our guide Tsondru was exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, and charming. During our 8 days with him, we learned so much and had a lot of fun. He took great care of us the whole time. Our driver Inda handled the driving quite capably. Both Tsondru and Inda had wonderful senses of humor, which we appreciated. Bhutan is really beautiful, and having such good people with us made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Bhutan Inbound for your trip.

Bhutan Inbound is an exceptionally professional and reliable agency. Communication was seamless and prompt, and they crafted a travel itinerary perfectly tailored to our preferences. During our time in Bhutan, we were accompanied by an excellent driver and our kind, attentive guide Namgay, who both did their best to accommodate our needs at all times. Even after the tour, when we forgot something at a hotel, they found a way to return it to us. Their dedication and care truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan

Does this quote take into account the 50% reduction in the sustainable development fee? Also do you get help with luggage transfer?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten December 2023

Yes, the cost of USD 4,080 per person includes a 50% discount on the SDF. After the discount, the SDF is now USD 100 per person per night, previously it was USD 200 per person per night. We hope you are aware that the SDF part goes to the government which is mandatory for your visa approval. We'll assist with luggage transfer during the trek. You can pack necessary items for trekking, and we'll take care of transferring anything extra to your hotel for your convenience at the end of the trek.

Is Bhutan open for tourism in mid to late September? Would I have a tent to myself and a room to myself? On this trek, who carries my backpack?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten May 2022

September, October, and November are considered peak seasons in Bhutan with favorable weather for treks. While on the trek you will have a separate single tent for yourself. You will only need to carry a small backpack for snacks, cameras, etc. Ponies will carry all other things you need on the trek. Your accommodation will be in certified 3-star hotels where you do not need to share rooms.
