Marseille
You'll arrive in Marseille and head to the ship for boarding, which needs to happen by 5 pm. Flights should land by 3 pm so you'll have time to get through the port. After everyone's settled in, the ship heads out toward Port St. Louis.

Port St. Louis to Arles
The Rhône Delta is waiting with three different options for the day. You can take a guided bike ride through Camargue Natural Park where you'll spot over 400 bird species, including pink flamingos. Or go to an oyster farm for a tour and tasting. If you prefer something different, there's a traditional black bull ranch experience in the Camargue Regional Nature Park. Later on, the ship cruises to Arles and you'll catch some live entertainment onboard.

Arles to Avignon
Arles gives you three ways to spend your morning. A guided hike takes you through Val d'Enfer with its dramatic white limestone formations. Alternatively, you can join a painting workshop and create art in the style of Vincent van Gogh. There's also a guided sightseeing tour of Arles that includes meeting a local bullfighter. After lunch, you'll have free time to shop and walk along Boulevard des Lices before the ship sails to Avignon in the evening.

Avignon
You're in Avignon with several choices for the morning. Take a guided kayak trip through Pont du Gard, one of the highest elevated Roman aqueducts. Or visit a Provençal farmhouse to learn how essential oils are made. The guided Avignon tour includes the 14th-century Palace of the Popes and a tasting at Les Halles covered market. In the afternoon, you can do an optional tour of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine cellars, an optional e-bike ride through the Gard region, or just explore Avignon's medieval streets on your own.

Sailing through the dramatic Lock Bollène locks brings you to Viviers. You have five activities to pick from this morning. A guided kayak trip explores the Gorges de l'Ardèche. There's a guided hike in the Natural Reserve of Cirque d'Estre. If you're interested in wine, try the underground wine tasting led by a speleologist and oenologist. You can visit a traditional truffle farm with a harvesting demonstration. Or take a nighttime guided tour of Viviers to hear local legends and ghost stories. Later, the ship cruises to Tournon/Tain l'Hermitage.

Or explore Tournon on a guided tour to see its 16th-century castle. You can also join a cooking demonstration aboard the ship while sailing to Lyon, where you'll learn to prepare a Lyonnaise treat.

After dinner, there's a gala farewell dinner onboard followed by time to explore Lyon's nightlife on your own.
