The main difference is that the full package include 2 more meals. The group for this year is of 32 people so far. We have people book from 22 to 60-year-old.

Asked on December 5th, 2023Is Bamba travel Tour a reliable company? I had a look at their social media and reviews online - there are quite mixed reviews and almost none social media presence. When did this tour started to operate? Because in this page there are only 2 reviews. I noticed the company does not offer any insurance. Is there any particular reason on why? Isn't a common practice? If the tour gets cancelled I understand I will loose all my money, is this assumption correct? Are you aware if in the past the tour got cancelled and why or any major issues with reimbursements, customer service etc. from the company?

We are a travel company that operates since 2010 with operations starting in Central America and expanding to North and south america. We offer packages through the world and have clients mostly between the ages of 18-35. We started operating this tour in 2018 and have just recently shared it via tour radar to increase group sizes. Currently there are 22 people on the group confirmed and ready to start their adventure. Travel Insurance is not included for packages since clients arrange this directly with an agency for the exact amount of dates and coverage needed. Agencies rarely include this since many travellers already have medical insurance. However we always strongly suggest hiring a travel insurance to cover any issues abroad that are out of our control, mainly illness, cancelled flights, or weather events. If the tour is cancelled we would discuss the situation on a case by case basis. However we do have set terms and conditions in regards to client cancellations. Given that the Brazil Carnival is in less than 60 days there would be no refund for cancellation.
