My husband and I were lucky to be the only ones on a great trip from Angkor to Kep beach. We started in Siem Reap with our guide Ron, he really was a nice guide and an amazing character and also fantastic cyclist. We visited Angkor Wat, then Killing Fields outside Phnom Penh to Takeo, Kep and a trip to Rabbit Island with just us, no other tourists. Overall it was a wonderful way to see real Cambodia. Okun Tom Tom!

My first guided holiday to Cambodia was an absolute success. I envisaged a cycle trip to be a great way to see a lot of a country in a short time and was not disappointed. The excellent and enthusiastic tour leader and his team ensured the logistics could be forgotten and the cycling/sightseeing enjoyed to the full. I spend a lot of time in the region so was not too taken aback at the culture, scenery or general hustle and bustle. It was hot in Cambodia, and our driver always on hand to offer plenty of refreshing water throughout the entire trip. Overall, experience was fantastic.

Excellent trip! Very happy with this tour operator and could not be more pleased. All of the accommodations we stayed in were very clean and comfort, and the range of activities, tours, and other programs included were extensive and incredibly well-organized. Plus, all of the bicycles that we used to explore the area were brand new - which was an added bonus! We would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking for a quality travel experience - a special thank you goes out to Sreyleak for excellent customer service throughout the entire trip.

I did a bike trip from Angkor to the beach with Siem Reaper Travel. This was a very good trip if you want to combine moderate cycling with the chance to travel reasonable distances through Cambodia. The tour guide was excellent in providing opportunities to see local culture and provide insights into local history and politics. The bikes, food and accommodation all superb. It was hot, but the van support was always readily available to supply us with water to keep us hydrated. Overall I would be happy to recommend this trip.

    Asked on November 8th, 2024

Is the age limit (up to 45) a mandatory requirement for booking the trip. My wife and I are 55 years old and do a lot of cycling, including tours of 100km daily, so physically it should not be a problem. Can we book the trip?

    • Siem Reaper TravelOperatorWritten November 2024

The age guideline isn't mandatory, and as active cyclists, you would certainly be able to join the tour! Your experience with long-distance rides is a great match for this trip, so there's no issue with the age range as long as you're confident in the distance and pace.

    Asked on October 16th, 2024

I cycle 3-5 times a week with an average of 32km. My understanding is there is not significant elevation with this ride. I am 67 years old in fairly good shape, and get along with all people of all ages. But I don't want to be an outsider. How do I overcome the age restriction when trying to sign up? Can you tell me if February is starting to book with participants? I am currently planning my visit in SE Asia. I want to make sure if I plan and book this ride that it does not have the possibility of being canceled due to not enough riders. i.e. i don't want to end up in Cambodia alone with no bike to ride!
