- YNYing· October 3rd, 2025The day2 (27/92025) Watertown trip was a disaster. The trip started one and half hours late and the most highlighted place Red Rock Canyon was dripped from the route in order to catch up the lost time. We were sitting on the but hours and hours watching the boring hay piles and flat landscape, nothing exciting at all. Even worse, the company lied to us, saying due to the wild fire, the Red Rock Canyon was closed. However later other tour guide told us that was not the case. It was open and he did not understand why they did not drop other places instead. Company never apologised to the members on the tour for their mistake. This bad experience also spoiled rest my trip. I want the company apologise to me and compensate for my loss.Show more
Tourland commented on this reviewThank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the delayed departure and for your disappointment regarding Red Rock Canyon. The late start was due to unexpected traffic conditions, but the total tour time remained unchanged. Regarding Red Rock Canyon, we... - LMLeila C.· September 8th, 2023The Canadian Rockies tour of 5 national parks was amazing! I cannot even describe how beautiful this country really is. My favorite places include: Bow Lake, Columbia Icefield, Jasper, Maligne Lake, Peyto Lake, Lake Louise with an excellent Lunch, Moraine Lake, Yoho, Johnston Canyon, Banff Town and Aspen Hotel (the best), and Waterton Prince Wales Hotel. Some suggestions would be to always provide heathy breakfast, air conditioning in hotel. Calgary Tours guides were not always respectful to all tourists and the tour group was very large at times 50 people! Jesse was our best guide since he was friendly to all, informative, and had a great personality. A great asset to this tour company.Show moreTrip date: August 2023
- LWLeanne· September 6th, 2023Tour - Too long a first day and a lot of back tracking throughout. Guide - changed three times in 7 days. Some knowledgeable others not communicative. Transportation - coach with non functioning rest room / small uncomfortable bus that air conditioning failed. Communication - not enough information about times/activities daily. Activities/opportunities - long drive to Buffalo Paddock to see a few brown dots in the distance.Show moreTrip date: July 2023
- MOMadhumathi Hariya· July 26th, 2023I liked the entire trip except the days when we travelled in the smaller van especially to the waterton national park on last day. It was hot that day and the air conditioner in the small van did not work at all. It was just blowing hot air all the time.Show moreTrip date: July 2023
Suzy· July 22nd, 2023We saw so many beautiful places! The price value was good; We were very pleased with the comfort and appearance off the hotels. Our biggest difficulty was in understanding what the tour guides were saying. They had very strong Chinese accents, so we missed much of what they told us. If you had a recording of each trip spoken by a native American speaker, that eould make a tremenfous fifference.Show moreTrip date: July 2023
T· September 11th, 2022I greatly enjoyed the 7 days 5 National Parks Canadian Rockies tour., Sept 2 to 8. The hotels are very nice and comfortable and so is the bus and the mini-van ride. Big thank you to Allen for taking very good care of us. Allen is very knowledgeable about the places and histories, and gave recommendations where to eat. He is very dedicated, well organized, friendly and very courteous. I greatly appreciate his fun side as well. Edmond is an awesome driver, thank you for the safe journey. Sammy is also an awesome driver and tour guide, friendly and funny. He is very well organized and knowledgeable of the places as well. Please upgrade his microphone. Allen, Edmond, Sammy and the other young driver are all an asset to your company, keep up the good work! I would also like to thank the Calgary Tours Admin for answering all my questions and for taking care of the bookings. Great job, Admin!
