Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales

    You'll land at Punta Arenas Airport anytime between 7:30am and 6:30pm, then catch a regular bus headed to Puerto Natales (3 hours covering 245 km). Once you arrive at the bus terminal, a transfer takes you to your 4-star hotel where you'll check in and get settled for the next few days.

  2. Day 2

    Puerto Natales

    After having breakfast at the hotel, the day is yours to explore Puerto Natales, a charming city established back in 1911. This afternoon you'll collect your marathon kit including your official race number, chronometer, and t-shirt from the race organizers. Dinner this evening features pasta and salads to fuel up for tomorrow.

  3. Day 3

    Patagonian International Marathon

    Following breakfast, you'll transfer to the starting point of the Patagonian International Marathon held inside Torres del Paine National Park on gravel vehicular routes with various curves and steep slopes. The 42K has a 7 hour limit, the 21K has 6 hours, and 10K racers get 3 hours to finish. After crossing the finish line, you'll head back to the hotel and celebrate with a Patagonian dinner.

  4. Day 4

    Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas

    You'll have breakfast, then transfer to the bus terminal for the regular bus back to Punta Arenas (3 hours, 245 km). From the bus station, another transfer takes you to your hotel. In the afternoon, join a shared guided city tour that covers Punta Arenas' main sites including Muñoz Gamero Square with its Hernando de Magallanes monument, La Cruz Hill for panoramic views, Magellan's Local Graveyard, and the Ovejero monument, finishing back at your hotel.

    One of the best tours of my life! Everything was perfect! Before going, Marilda, the Tour agent, addressed my questions and adapted the tour to suit my needs. The guides, especially JP, were knowledgeable about the region's geography and history. The meals provided in the tour were excellent (the places we stopped for lunch, and even the box meal). And the landscape….Torres del Paine is one of the most beautiful places on Earth! Highly recommend this tour!

    • For any tour departing before February 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Signature DMC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Signature DMC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
