He was kind and attentive, always willing to help and had a brilliant sense of humour which really did make the trip. He was very knowledgeable and it was great to hear about the history of Thailand on the temple days and Arthur explained everything really well for us. Arthur made the days fun and exciting, and always had a smile on his face and was there to motivate us if we were tired. He made an effort to always come to dinner with us even during ‘free time’ evenings which we all really appreciated as the group didn’t feel complete without him. He also cleared up another family’s rubbish in Maya bay when they left it behind on the beach, which shows how much he cares about sustainability and keeping Thailand beautiful. He also bought a good vibe and helped the group connect, whilst sharing detailed explanations of Thai culture and traditions when growing up. He provided us with a lot of funny jokes and even sang at a couple of live music locations. Most things ran very smoothly and I enjoyed not having to worry about organising anything as it was all done for us! Multi day and even when items happened such as the electrical failure on the chartered boat - Tommy (or whoever was in the background) made a seamless correction. And all continued as planned. I find Tommy a delightful, energetic, knowledgeable, personable, and experienced individual. I would love to take another tour with him. Tommy had a smile and a can do attitude throughout the tour. I personally heard and had discussions with my other tour companions and never was a negative event or issue discussed- we were ALL VERY impressed. Excellent job Tommy, my hat is off to you. Perhaps our paths may cross again, but if not; Safe travels wherever your journeys take you.
