- Romain· June 27th, 2025With this kind of tour where you basically just book the logistics of a trip (ferry, hotel, transfers, tour) and minimize stress during your trip, you expect to pay a certain fee for the service compared to the "actual" price. But you also expect in return to have a certain quality of service and curation of the guided tours you get and the hotels. Guided Tours : First one on Paros was nothing short of exceptional (as it reflects on its real price after looking online, around 180 euros pp). Second one on Naxos was very disappointing concerning the quality of service (it's basically a big overcrowded bus tour where you follow one group after another at each location aand that you could book yourself easily on arrival and that in reality cost 30 euros pp). Last one on Santorini was mostly good (around 100 euros pp after looking it up), the other guests were mostly the issue and we had a big transfer issue at the end. Hotels : Most of the hotels were good. For 3 stars that is. Second one in Naxos was in the middle of the busy city and very noisy however. Last one in Santorini was very good but be aware that you can be located far from the points of interest if you have little time on the island. Communication with Travel Zone was mostly very good, efficient and with a good answer time. We have had 2 issues towards the end. A transfer problem that was adressed and then refunded. A ferry ticketing issue that was not adressed as it is considered "out of their responsabilty". So in the end, I would advise you to book this tour if you get a good discount and if you realy don't have time to deal with logistics. Otherwise, taking the time to look up online and book yourself would come way cheaper. I expected a bit more value for my money but I am however happy I tried it once.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewDear Romain, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. - EMEmily· October 4th, 2024We had a fabulous trip! All logistical aspects of the tour went very smoothly. Communication with tour guides was prompt and helpful. Hotel locations were great - walking distance to main areas/beach. A perfect balance of free time and scheduled activities. Highly recommend!Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi Emily, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour and had a great experience in Greece. - CCecilia· September 18th, 2023Dilimar from Travel Zone is extremely helpful and very communicative. She kept us informed of all the changes and helped us booking alternative ferries due to windy conditions and ferry strike. However there are a few things that Travel Zone can improve: 1) Pyragki Hotel in Paros serves nice breakfast however it is too far from the town and restaurants. 20min walk in the heat is very hard. And it would be nice to stay in the town at nighttime when all restaurants come to life. 2) Argo hotel in Naxos does not have any view. It would be nice if we could have stayed in a hotel near the port and have water view. 3) Santorini- would have preferred a hotel at Fira or Oia. We stayed at Santo Miramare which is very far from Fira. As we booked a premium tour we were expecting hotels of better quality and central location.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewDear Cecilia, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with Travel Zone and the accommodations, It's valuable to provide both positive comments and suggestions for improvement, Kindly note that premium package include 4* hotels and all... - Paula Jane· September 9th, 2023Great tour, everything went smoothly. Great hotels (4 star) that each gave off a very different vibe. Loved all of our tours and the locations. I also misunderstood when you upgrade to the fast ferries, that it wasn't for all ferry rides. It was only the last ferry from Santorini to Athens. Although I would highly recommend the fast ferry for that trip as it took 5 hours (on fast ferry) so was worth it if you last location is far from the pick-up port. Be aware when it states you will have a guide at the pick-up and drop off points, it is either a taxi driver or a driver with your name on a sign and some were the maintenance or gardener from the hotel resort and cannot speak English. It was only the last stop in Santorini that we actually had a tour guide meet us and take us to our van and provide us some information on our tour the next day. We had a great time, the tour was awesome, we will be recommending this company. Thanks :)Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewDear Mrs. Christensen , Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it can be helpful for both the tour company and future travelers looking for similar experiences. - AAnonymous· February 7th, 2023It's not a bad idea to visit Athens and the Greek islands in January. The weather was not that cold. We were even able to swim in the sea. There were fewer tourists which is ideal since we were able to enjoy excellent service. Upon arrival the guide welcomed us with gifts and gave us the itinerary. In Paros the hotel was cozy and in an excellent location. We could visit a lot of interesting places on foot. The Grotta hotel in Naxos offers a luxurious breakfast. Food in Greece was a pure joy. In Santorini we stayed at the Theoxenia hotel with the most beautiful view at the Caldera. Overal we had a lovely time.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi! - EVErin· September 9th, 2022Not as advertised. To start, if you think this is a “group tour” with other people with you the whole time, it IS NOT. First red flag is that they don’t provide an itinerary until you have already paid for the trip. They also put you in hotels in the middle of nowhere so you have to taxi everywhere! In Paros we were no where near the main city, and in farm land. And in Santorini, we were also no where near the capital Fira and right next to the d*** airport!! Naxos was nice at the Grotta Hotel, but the hotels in Paros and Santorini the rooms were bare boned and not very nice. Santorini hotel didn’t even give bottled water in the room! Also, we tried to contact Dilimar multiple times on the trip and she would reply super late, so don’t expect to hear back quickly if you’re p**** about anything. The FULL DAY bus tours were exhausting. But good thing the landscape in Greece is beautiful or this review would be one star.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewDear Erin, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations, Keep in mind that we always try to respond as quickly as possible, either through the platform or via WhatsApp, sorry again if it takes us a long time to respond. accept our... Asked on April 22nd, 2025Where is pick up on day one? Could it be from any hotel in Athens or is it from a specific place?

Traveler•Written April 2025Is the trip with a group, or by oneself? Is it possible not to return to athens from the last island?
- Travel ZoneOperator•Written April 2025
The pick-up on Day 1 can be arranged from any hotel located in central Athens. This is not a group tour. The itinerary is self-guided, which gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. Only the tours included on each island are with a group, with local expert guides. It is possible not to return to Athens from the last island. We can customize your itinerary to either end the trip there or include a ferry to another destination of your choice.

Asked on April 26th, 20221. Day 1: transfer to Piraeus Port at 6am. Does this mean that we should arrive Athens on Nov. 3? Your company will pick us up from the hotel in Athens at 6am on Nov 4? 2. Does our tour fare with you include the Nov. 3 night in Athens? 3. On the final day in Santorini, your tour includes transfer from the Piraeus Port back to Athens, correct?
- Travel ZoneOperator•Written April 2022
The tour of your choice does not depart for the month of November, due to the lack of ferry connections with all the islands. We can offer a different package if you are interested.
