- Day 1
Buggerru
You'll arrive in Buggerru, a former mining village on Sardinia's coast, and get settled at your accommodation. After checking in, there's time to wander around the small village itself, kick back on the beach, or head out to the old Henry Tunnel mine if you want to see the sea views from there.

- Day 2
Buggerru to Portixeddu
This morning you're hiking the coastal route from Buggerru to Portixeddu, starting with a gradual climb above the shoreline. The path takes you past some Second World War military fortresses and through dunes plus a man-made pine forest before you head down to the long beach at Portixeddu. You'll grab lunch there, then catch the bus back to Buggerru.

Landmarks Portixeddu Beach - Day 3
Ingurtosu - Piscinas
After breakfast, you'll transfer about 30 minutes to Ingurtosu, a mostly abandoned village where you can check out the old mining ruins called Laveria Brassey. Then comes a 6km hike through the Piscinas dunes, which is actually Europe's largest desert area with sand, sea, and plenty of wind. Later that evening you'll transfer to a farm for a two-night stay.

Scivu - Capo Pecora - Portixeddu
You head to Scivu beach and hike through Mediterranean maquis scrub to a viewpoint on the Capo Pecora granite headland, perfect for photos. From there, you'll make your way to Portixeddu village, a spot that's popular with surfers, then transfer back to the farm where you're staying.

Acqua da Canna - Coastal Hike
There's a one-hour transfer in the morning to Acqua da Canna tonnara for a remote coastal hike. The marked path runs along cliffs with impressive views and passes through sandy sections, so it's not ideal if you're uncomfortable with heights or exposed cliff areas.

Carloforte - Calasetta - Sant'Antioco
Ferry takes you to Carloforte for a circular hike up the north side of the island using a paved side road where you'll learn about the local mattanza tuna-fishing tradition. After that, you'll take another ferry to Calasetta and then a private transfer to Sant'Antioco.

Capo Sperone - Sant'Antioco
You'll get a private transfer to Capo Sperone and hike back toward Sant'Antioco, passing the Torre Cannai watchtower and Maladroxia beach along the way (that beach is known for wind sports if you're interested). The final stretch into town follows an asphalt road.

Your trip wraps up after breakfast. You'll head to the airport by public transportation to depart.
