Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive at Hotel Alla Posta dei Donini where the staff hands over your travel documents and rental bikes. This is your chance to get oriented with the area and make sure your bike feels comfortable before heading out on the cycling routes through Umbria.

Tiber Valley to Assisi
Today you'll cycle around 50 km through sunflower and wheat fields in the Tiber River valley. After passing the pilgrimage church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, you'll tackle a short climb up to Assisi, the medieval city on Monte Subasio's slopes. Then it's a descent back into the valley before returning to your hotel.

Tiber Valley to Todi
You'll ride approximately 50 km through typical Umbrian landscape with views across the Tiber Valley. The route takes you through olive groves and seasonal fields on your way to Todi, a medieval Etruscan town. You'll have time to explore Piazza del Popolo before heading back to San Martino in Campo by transfer bus.

- Day 4
Bevagna - Montefalco Loop
This 40 km route passes through three cultural highlights starting with Bettona, which sits on a hilltop with medieval alleyways to wander through. You'll continue to Bevagna and experience its historic atmosphere, then finish at Montefalco surrounded by medieval city walls and valley views. The transfer bus brings you back to your hotel.

Wine Country Cycle and Chiorri Winery
You'll cycle around 40 km through golden wheat fields, green vineyards, and silver olive groves across gently undulating terrain. The route passes through village after village, and you'll stop at the exclusive Chiorri winery where you'll taste 3 wines and enjoy a typical lunch with countryside views. After lunch, you'll cycle back a few kilometers to your hotel.

Lake Trasimeno Cycle
Today's 60 km cycle takes you through olive groves and small Umbrian villages toward Lake Trasimeno. You'll see sweeping countryside views, sunflower fields, and vineyards along the way. There's a stop at a rustic trattoria to experience Italian hospitality and try Umbrian Grechetto wine, and if you want, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake.
