Quito
You'll arrive in Quito whenever works for your flight and connect with your CEO and the rest of the group. This is your chance to meet everyone and get oriented before things kick off.

Quito
Start the morning riding the cable car up Volcán Pichincha, which gives you sweeping views across the city and surrounding valleys. After coming back down, you'll do a walking tour through Quito's historic downtown area where you'll sample local food and see the colonial architecture scattered throughout. During the afternoon, there's a chocolate and coffee tasting so you can try what Ecuador's known for. By evening, you'll head to a local pub for a craft beer tasting to finish the day.

Quito
Once you check out of your accommodation, the day is yours to do what you want. You can take optional trips to see Cotopaxi Volcano or head to Mindo Cloud Forest if you're interested in more outdoor stuff, or you can just rest and recover. If you're sticking around with G Adventures for another tour, you'll rejoin the group in the evening for that.
