- AZAlexis· July 16th, 2022We enjoyed our tours, however, a few things need improvement. When the bus picked us up from the hotel, we then proceeded to pick up others and then go to a meeting place with other buses. No one explained this to us. By the time we switched busses and got on our way, 2 hours had already gone by and we weren't going to make a bathroom stop for another 2 hours! Very uncomfortable. That was for all 3 of our tours. Also, on the 3 island cruise, we were taken to the ship, and again, no communication, we waited for so long and there were so many people there and getting in front of us etc. and by the time we got on the boat there were virtually no seats left. Also, on the Athens tour, the last stop was the acropolis and by that time t was high noon and the hottest part of the day. We should have done that at 9am when it was beautiful and breezy instead of being inside in the museum with the airconditioning. We also weren't given individual tickets, so it was a bit of a problem for us to come back to see what we missed for the museum. Luckily the tour guide went back and got my husband and I the individual tickets. One last thing, the hotel was nice, however it was not in walking distance to anything. So we always had to take a taxi to the center of Athens and back which added extra costs. And the breakfast time wasn't started until 7am and our bus was scheduled to get us at 725am, so we had to rush our breakfast to then sit on the bus for nearly 2 hours and drive around and then to the meeting place. We have used Tourradar in the past and this was not the case at all on our other tours. They were fantastic and very well organized.Show moreTrip date: July 2022
