Itinerary
- Day 1
Muscat
After arriving at Muscat International Airport, your driver will take you on a half-day city tour. You'll start at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, then head to Bait Al Zubair Museum to see local artifacts and cultural pieces. From there, stop by Al Alam Palace for photos with the Portuguese forts on either side. Later in the evening, walk through Muttrah Souq where you can browse handicrafts and silver items before checking into your hotel around 75°F/24°C.

- Day 2
Jebel Akhdar
Head out early morning toward the Green Mountains foothills. You'll walk through date plantations at Birkat Al Mauz, then drive to Jabrin Castle to see the 17th-century ornate ceiling paintings and wood carvings inside. After that, the mountain village of Misfah shows you traditional stone dwellings. You'll pass through Wadi Ghul with its terrace farming, then reach Wadi Nakher in Oman's deepest canyon before driving up to Jebel Shams peak for views across the landscape. By late afternoon, head to Nizwa to explore the souq, then settle at your mountain resort for the night.

- Day 3
Wahiba Sands
Early morning departure takes you to Wahiba Sands where red and white sand dunes reach up to 200 meters high. You'll visit a traditional Bedouin house to learn about desert living, then move to Wadi Bani Khalid to see the clear blue waters and mountain villages there. Later, experienced drivers take you dune driving across the shifting sand patterns. You'll meet a Bedouin family to hear about their lifestyle and traditions, then settle at your desert campsite where buffet dinner and overnight accommodation are provided.

- Day 4
Sur to Muscat
After leaving the desert, drive toward Sur on the coast, known for its historic dhow shipyard and maritime history. The scenic coastal route back to Muscat passes through countryside, rugged mountains, and small fishing villages. You'll visit the Bibi Miriam Mausoleum in Qalhat, check out Wadi Tiwi with its lemon and date plantations, and stop at Fins Beach. Later, explore Wadi Arbayeen with its deep pools and date palms, then see the Bimah Sinkhole with its blue-green water before returning to your Muscat hotel by evening.
