- AWesley Harper· June 21st, 2022Amazing experience - it was my first time using G Adventures and it will certainly not be my last. I got to see parts of southern Spain I'd never thought I'd ever see (I've already been to Granada and Malaga, yet there's no way I'd ever would've seen Benalua and the caves or Canillas de Albaida and the mountains). That's the real draw, seeing places off the beaten track. Our CEO was great and the group was also fantastic. It's a great way to meet people! Overall, highly recommend.Show moreTrip date: June 2022Review collected by G Adventures
- AGary Riskin· June 30th, 2022We went expecting the hiking to be our favorite part, but it turned out that being both in the cities and the small towns was our favorite part. Having not been to Europe before, the old buildings and narrow roads made quite an impression. James? knowledge of the region?s history added so much to the tour.Show moreTrip date: June 2022Review collected by G Adventures

Asked on May 21st, 2024tell me about transportation means to and from Malaga i'll be departing from that location; will i need hotel staying overnight
- G AdventuresOperator•Written May 2024
The fastest option to get you from Malaga to Grenada would be on their high-speed train. It takes roughly an hour. You could also explore taking a bus which would be a cheaper option with more flexibility as more buses depart on the daily. At the end of the tour, leaving from Canillas de Albaida to get back to Malaga would be by bus or by taxi. You are free to depart ay anytime on the final day of the tour so you might not need to arrange an extra night accommodation if you can get to Malaga in time. If the flights only leave earlier in the day, it may be advisable to get a hotel in Malaga for an extra night and fly the following day.
