San Jose
Your Costa Rica adventure begins with a local representative meeting you at the airport and driving you to San Jose. After checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to spend however you like, whether that's walking around the city, grabbing a meal, or simply getting settled in.

San Jose to Arenal
Following breakfast, you'll pick up your rental car from the hotel lobby and head toward Arenal, which takes about 4 hours of driving. You'll arrive with time to check in before dark, then have the evening free to relax or take a look around the area.

Arenal to Tamarindo
After breakfast and checkout, you're driving to Tamarindo Beach on the north pacific coast, roughly 4.5 hours away. Once you've checked in at the hotel, you can unwind at the resort or head down to explore the beach and surroundings on your own.

Tamarindo to San Jose
After breakfast and checkout, you're driving back to San Jose, which takes about 5 hours. Drop off your rental car at the hotel lobby, check in, and then you've got free time to relax or walk around the city.

San Jose
