- Lynda· September 23rd, 2022The smell below deck was disgusting and the air con didn't work so it was stifling hot. Limited swimming opportunitiesI and very few swimming aids. A full compliment of guests (20) and only one paddleboard and one basically deflated lilo available plus a few snorkeling sets. On demand, a lifebuoy at the end of a rope was thrown into the water. The entire crew of 7 were very gravity smokers and it was impossible to avoid their smoke. It was hot weather but guests were obliged to dine inside a hot salon while the crew are outside in the cool. The smoke they generated was unavoidable and it was virtually impossible to sit in that area due for to theShow moreGo Croatia Sail commented on this reviewThank you for your review. We have just received a 5 star review for exactly the same tour you were on so we are going to look into why there is this discrepancy. - RORuxandra Karmina· September 22nd, 2022The staff was really nice, they would give us suggestions for places, the food was very delicious. The boat room is pretty small and the bathroom also, but you’re not gonna spend a lot of time there anyway. They stop everyday in nice swim spots and the boat we have been on had also stand-up paddle board which I think it’s a very cool idea.Show moreGo Croatia Sail commented on this reviewHi Ruxandra, thank you for your lovely review! - Debra· July 28th, 2019Sailing is the best way to do Croatia as it’s too hot to spend all day on land. The tour felt cut short with the very early arrival into port in Split (before 12pm on Friday) and it would have been nice to have a few more hours to swim before docking. Essentially the tour was done a full day early. Breakfast was basic, lunch was pleasant, the bar costs seemed low but the tracking system was questionable. The port stops were lovely, though it would have been nice to have a little more guidance. The biggest letdown was how passengers were disbursed as we were placed with 6 couples who previously knew each other and had already spent several days on the ship prior - making it difficult to infiltrate socially. It would be nice if there was some more thoughtfulness put into how groups were placed as it did change the experience. All that’s said, Nichola was a hoot and being on the roof deck and stopping for swims was exceptional.Show moreTrip date: July 2019

Asked on August 3rd, 2025Could you share the group mix for the 8th August cruise? (e.g. male to female ratio and age). Do you offer a single cabin? Or only a twin share?
- Go Croatia SailOperator•Written August 2025
We have one cabin left on our Classic Plus category departing on 8 August, it would be a male share, twin cabin (2 x single beds, above deck). Your roommate would be in their early 20-s, and the rest of the group is in their mid to late 20-s. In terms of the gender ratio within current bookings there is 60% of female and 40% of male passengers! Since you would be taking the last available spot on Classic plus we can't offer a private cabin, but there is space for that below-deck on our Superior category. Or you could share the above-deck cabin with another solo male traveller. If you go for a private cabin single supplement fee will apply to your booking, which is an additional 50% of the cruise price on top.

Asked on May 9th, 2025We are 2 adults (mid-50s) and 3 children, (2 adult children and one 16-year old). We are very interested in a cruise starting in Dubrovnik around July 16 and ending on July 22. We very much like: 5-day Dubrovnik to Split one-way cruise - Classic Plus but the two adults are in the 50s, can we still book it?
- Go Croatia SailOperator•Written May 2025
We have mixed-age cruises for exactly the mix of ages you have in your group. But I'm afraid the closest match in dates we have to your desired dates are 5 July 4-day Split to Dubrovnik cruise. Would that be possible?

Asked on January 11th, 2025Why is this cruise marked for 20-25 age group. We are nearly 70. would it work for us? we are reasonably well, fit and mobile
- Go Croatia SailOperator•Written January 2025
I don't think it is marked for 20-25, as it should be labelled 18-35s. We don't have a mixed-age departure on 24th June but we do have the following: Mixed-age 4-day Split to Dubrovnik - 14 June, Mixed-age 5-day Dubrovnik to Split - 17 June. Would one of those Mixed-age departures work for you instead?

Asked on August 18th, 2024I am intrested in the places and the duration of your sailing trip. I am 36 years old. can I still join for one trip.
- Go Croatia SailOperator•Written August 2024
Yes, you can certainly book the 18-35s trips if you are 36, not a problem at all. We have 2 options: (1) 18-35s Classic Plus above-deck twin cabin (to share with a male traveller), (2) 30-49s Premier Plus above or below-deck cabin space (to share a twin cabin with another traveller of the same gender).

- Go Croatia SailOperator•Written August 2024
There is 27 Aug, 30-49s, Split to Dubrovnik cruise (4-day/3-night) on Premier Plus boat. Or 27 Aug there is also 5-day/4-night Dubrovnik to Split cruise on 18-35s, Premier boat.
