      Children under the age of 12 years of age are not recommended to participate in this tour. Tour requires a good level of fitness and general mobility. Travellers must be able to walk reasonable distances unassisted, negotiate uneven terrain, climb stairs, board touring vehicles and boats.

    What are the requirements with mask wearing on APT buses this year 2022 & following year? Are the buses disinfected each day before travel starts? Has the seating on the buses been re-arranged to allow the distance for covid safe travel.

      The APT Travel Group has been responding to the ever-changing COVID-19 climate by implementing increased health and safety measures to give the guests assurance that they can travel with confidence. Reduced Group Sizes: The small group offerings align themselves with social distancing as they have fewer guests in communal areas at one time. Increased Sanitation Measures: Continuous measures are being taken to ensure the shared spaces and transportation on tour are cleaned and disinfected regularly. Mandatory Vaccinations: For your safety, and that of your family as well as API's staff and crew, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to travel with them.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 16th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 16th, 2025, a minimum payment of $1,100 is required to confirm your booking with APT. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "APT" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
