The hotels were beautiful, clean, and well-located, with excellent amenities. The guides were always friendly and possessed an impressive depth of knowledge about the places we visited. We felt comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. A minor inconvenience we encountered in Thailand was addressed immediately and resolved in no time.
