Itinerary
- Day 1
Vilnius
You'll fly into Vilnius and take public transport from the airport to your hotel. Get settled and rest up because you're staying two nights here before things really get going.
- Day 2
Vilnius
Your tour guide kicks things off with a briefing, then you'll walk through Vilnius's Old Town with its UNESCO recognition, checking out narrow streets and landmarks like the Gate of Dawn and St. Anne's Church. After lunch you head to Varnikai Nature Park for a hike through lakes and moors. Later it's on to Trakai where you'll learn about the Karaites community, take a boat out to the moated castle, and try kibinai, the local specialty.

Vilnius to Klaipda
After breakfast you drive to Klaipda, Lithuania's port city. Walk around the old town with its cobbled streets and half-timbered buildings, check out the playhouse, then hike along scenic cliffs in Pajris Nature Park where pine forests line your path. You're staying two nights in Klaipda.

Curonian Spit
You'll explore the Curonian Spit, a UNESCO World Heritage Site between the lagoon and Baltic Sea. Head to Juodkrant's Witches' Hill to see wooden figures and hike the Dead Dune. Then you move to Nida to wander colorful wooden house alleys, tour the Thomas Mann House, and climb Parnidis Dune for views across the spit. You're back in Klaipda by evening.

Klaipda to Liepja
Start the morning with a stroll through Palanga, a spa town with a long beach and elegant villas. You'll cross into Latvia and hike through Pape Nature Park's landscape, visit a reserve with wild horses and aurochs, then have a picnic with regional snacks along the way. The day ends in the harbor town of Liepja.

You pass through Jrmala with its beaches and villas before arriving in Riga by evening. Two nights here.

You head to Gauja National Park, known locally as 'Latvian Switzerland', and hike through forests along red sandstone cliffs with views from Paradise Hill. You'll visit Turaida Castle towering above the river. In the afternoon you reach Csis, an old Hanseatic town with picturesque alleys and historic buildings. Two nights here.

Morning hike along the Amata River through wild and romantic landscape. Later you'll explore a sandstone cave in Ligatne and meet a local winemaking family to learn their process. You'll taste traditionally made wines before heading back to Csis.

Start at rgu Rock, the largest sandstone wall in the Baltic States, and hike along impressive cliffs overlooking Gauja Valley. You cross into Estonia and arrive in Tartu, a lively university city where you can grab coffee and explore on your own. By evening you continue to Lahemaa National Park for a two-night stay.

One night in Tallinn.
