- Day 1
Dubrovnik
You'll arrive at Dubrovnik Airport where a local representative meets you to help arrange car hire. From there, drive to your hotel and start getting familiar with the medieval city and its protective walls. Spend time walking through the old town streets, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with palaces and churches throughout. If you're interested, optional guided tours are available to see Game of Thrones filming spots, visit the Island of Lokrum, or learn about hidden corners of the city.

Dubrovnik to Split/Trogir
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll drive toward Trogir through Croatian coastal landscapes. Once there, walk through the old town alleys and check out Diocletian's Palace, a fourth-century UNESCO Heritage Site that dominates the area. The town itself has medieval character throughout its streets and squares. A guided sightseeing tour is available if you want more context about the historical significance of what you're seeing.

Split/Trogir Region
Following breakfast, you'll drive along the coast with views of Cetina Canyon. Stop in Omi\u0161 to see the 13th-century Mirabelle Fortress and 15th-century Fortress Starigrad, and take a walk on the sandy public beach if weather permits. Then continue to Trogir to see medieval palaces, churches, and squares spread throughout the town. An optional guided tour with a private guide can point out hidden details and treasures you might otherwise miss.

You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then continue driving to \u0160ibenik and Biograd na Moru. These towns serve as starting points for accessing Paklenica and Krka National Parks. Krka features beautiful waterfalls and natural pools, while Paklenica offers hiking opportunities through scenic landscapes. By evening, you'll check in at your Biograd na Moru hotel and have time to explore the town's port, shops, and restaurants.

Starting with breakfast, the day is yours to explore at your own pace. If you prefer structured exploration, book a three-hour guided tour of Krka National Park where you'll walk between natural attractions with a private guide (entrance ticket paid separately when you arrive).

Breakfast at the hotel starts your day, and then you have flexibility to explore the Istria region. Drive to Zadar to see its old town with Roman ruins, medieval churches, and museums, plus plenty of cafes for a break. You can hire a tour guide if you want detailed history, or alternatively spend the day relaxing at beaches in Biograd na Moru or Zadar and enjoy the Croatian coastline.

Biograd na Moru to Dubrovnik
After breakfast and checking out, you'll drive back toward Dubrovnik along the Adriatic coastline. The route takes you through small villages and offers quiet, natural scenery throughout. Once you reach Dubrovnik, walk around the old streets and take in the Mediterranean atmosphere, perhaps grabbing lunch or coffee at a local spot. An optional two-hour guided city tour can fill in the medieval history if you want that level of detail.
